This Privacy Notice explains how Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. ("METAVERSE", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit our website, join our Discord, apply to or play on our FiveM roleplay servers, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read this notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

02Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information from the third-party platforms you connect.

• Account details — your Discord ID and username, Steam ID, FiveM / Cfx.re license identifiers.
• Applications — answers you submit when applying to join the server, including age confirmation.
• Gameplay data — in-game character information, chat and voice activity, actions and logs needed to run the server and enforce the rules.
• Technical data — IP address, hardware and connection identifiers, device and browser type, and anti-cheat information.
• Purchases — records of transactions made through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• Communications — messages you send to staff, support tickets, reports and appeals.

03Children

The Services are intended only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it and remove their access. If you believe this has happened, contact us at support@metaverserp.xyz.

04How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate the server, create and manage your account and characters.
• Review applications and manage whitelist and priority access.
• Enforce our rules, investigate reports and prevent cheating, fraud and abuse.
• Process purchases and provide the perks you've paid for.
• Respond to support requests, reports and appeals.
• Improve the Services and keep them secure.
• Comply with legal obligations.

05How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in these situations:

• Service providers — hosting, payment processing, anti-cheat and analytics providers that help us run the Services, only as needed to provide their service.
• Platforms you use — Discord, Cfx.re / FiveM and Steam receive information under their own privacy policies when you use them.
• Legal reasons — when required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our players, staff or the public.
• Business changes — as part of a merger, sale or transfer of the Services (see Merger or Sale).

06How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this notice. Account and gameplay data is kept while your account is active.

Ban and enforcement records may be kept longer to prevent ban evasion and protect the community. Transaction records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.

07Third-Party Services

The Services link to and rely on third-party platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Instagram, Cfx.re / FiveM and payment providers. We are not responsible for how those services handle your information. Please read their privacy policies.

08Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly without them. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

09Legal Basis for Processing

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information on these grounds:

• Contract — to provide the Services you asked for.
• Legitimate interests — to run a fair, safe server and prevent cheating and abuse.
• Consent — for optional things like analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — where the law requires us to process or keep information.

10Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent you have given.

To make a request, contact us at support@metaverserp.xyz. We may need to verify your identity first. Some information, such as ban records, may be kept where we have a legitimate reason to do so.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

11Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us. Keep your Discord, Steam and Cfx.re accounts secure and never share your login details.

12International Transfers

We are based in INDIA, and our service providers may process information in other countries. When we transfer information internationally we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.

13Merger or Sale

If Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. The new owner will be required to handle it in line with this notice.

14Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know through our Discord.
