METAVERSE
The agreement between you and Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. for using the METAVERSE website, Discord and game servers.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. ("METAVERSE", "we", "us"). They apply when you visit our website, join our Discord, apply to or play on our FiveM roleplay servers, or buy anything from us (together, the "Services").
By using the Services you agree to these Terms, our Server Rules and our Privacy Notice. If you don't agree, don't use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old.
Access to the main server may require an application and approval. We decide who is accepted at our sole discretion and don't have to give reasons for any decision.
You must answer applications honestly. False information, including about your age, can lead to your application being rejected or your access being removed.
We may offer paid priority queue access or other perks. Priority improves your place in the queue but doesn't guarantee entry, a specific wait time, or that the server will be available at any time.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Perks can be changed or removed when you break the Server Rules or these Terms.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment, as long as you follow these Terms.
This license doesn't give you ownership of anything in the Services, including your Account or any Virtual Items.
You agree not to:
The Services are only for people aged 18 or older. We may ask you to verify your age at any time, and we will remove any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
You are responsible for everything that happens on your Account and for keeping your linked Discord, Steam and Cfx.re accounts secure. Tell us straight away if you think your Account has been compromised.
Accounts are for one person only and can't be shared.
You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it to the Services, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce and share it to run and promote the Services — for example, sharing a great roleplay clip on our socials.
You're responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to share it. We can remove any User Content at our discretion.
Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider and are subject to their terms. Prices may change at any time.
Purchases give you a limited license to digital perks or Virtual Items. They are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in your Account being suspended until it is resolved.
If you live in the EU or UK, you agree that digital content and perks are supplied immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once supply begins.
The Services and all Content are owned by Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The METAVERSE name and logo are our trademarks.
Grand Theft Auto V is owned by Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. FiveM is operated by Cfx.re. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
To keep the server fair, we monitor gameplay, chat, voice and connection data and may use anti-cheat software. This software may check your system for cheats and other unauthorised programs while you are connected. See our Privacy Notice for details.
Our Discord, in-game chat and other communication tools must be used in line with the Server Rules. We may moderate, remove messages or restrict access at our discretion. Don't share personal information in public channels.
We may change, pause or stop the Services, or any part of them, at any time, including for maintenance, updates or wipes. We don't guarantee the Services will always be available or free of errors, and Virtual Items may be changed or reset.
We may warn, suspend, ban or remove your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms or the Server Rules, or to protect the community. Banned users lose access to their Account, Virtual Items and perks without refund.
You can stop using the Services at any time.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or Virtual Items. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party sites and services such as Discord, YouTube, Instagram, FiveM and our payment provider. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or policies.
You're responsible for the device, legitimate copy of GTA V, FiveM client and internet connection you need to use the Services, and for any costs that come with them.
You agree to protect Metaverse Pvt. Ltd., our staff and partners from any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of INDIA. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@metaverserp.xyz so we can try to resolve it informally.
If it can't be resolved within 30 days, it will be handled by the courts of INDIA, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
If you believe something on the Services infringes your copyright, email support@metaverserp.xyz with: your contact details, a description of the work, where it appears on the Services, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We will review it and remove infringing material where appropriate.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can reply with an explanation and we will review it.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term, that doesn't mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These Terms, the Server Rules and the Privacy Notice are the full agreement between you and us.
We may update these Terms at any time. We'll change the effective date above and announce significant changes on our Discord. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms.
